Main Visual and Teaser PV

Asley, Pochi and Rina Head to the Magic University

The new visual places all three characters in front of the Magic University, connecting Asley and Pochi's early journey with the point where the immortal sorcerer's life once again becomes tied to magical education.

Rina is positioned alongside the duo, giving her a much more prominent place in the anime's promotion ahead of the January broadcast.

Minori Fujidera Voices Rina

The official website now confirms Minori Fujidera as Rina. In her official comment, Fujidera describes Rina as kind-hearted, serious and hardworking, with her growth becoming increasingly visible as the story progresses.

She joins Toshiyuki Toyonaga as Asley and Yoko Hikasa as Pochi, who were first introduced alongside the teaser PV in July.

A 5,000-Year-Old Sorcerer and His 800-Year-Old Familiar

Asley gains an immortal body after accidentally creating and consuming the Elixir of Eternity, then spends thousands of years researching magic and magical arts.

By the time he returns to society with Pochi, his ancient techniques have become extraordinary by the standards of the current era. An act of helping someone then sends his unusually long life in an entirely new direction.

Studio Elle Production Arrives in January 2027

Studio Elle handles animation, with Keisuke Onishi directing, Kurasumi Sunayama overseeing series composition and scripts, and Yumiko Mizuno providing character designs.

The January 2027 broadcast window is confirmed, along with international distribution through Crunchyroll. The exact premiere date, Japanese broadcaster, episode count and theme songs remain unannounced.
