Fantasy Online 2 has introduced an important change for players invested in building homes. Through Update #149 – Bonko’s Carnival, Pixel Games LLC has enabled Plot 1 purchases in active Mirabella Meadows neighborhoods while also changing how property ownership behaves when a deed changes hands.
Pixel Games LLC highlighted the housing change directly to RYGAMES NEWSROOM. Saved decorations now remain attached to the property through a deed transfer, while the same update also expands the Codex with a new photo-driven social layer and launches Bonko’s Carnival.

Update #149, Trailer, and Gameplay

Housing Now Belongs More Clearly to the Property
The biggest housing change concerns how deeds and decorations behave. Plot 1 purchases are now enabled in active Mirabella Meadows neighborhoods, deeds work account-wide, and housing is shared across worlds.
More importantly, saved decorations stay with a property when its deed changes hands. A change in ownership therefore no longer automatically separates a house from the decoration layout that had been saved to it.
The update also adds plot editing and displays plot addresses directly on deed tooltips.
Codex Gains a Photo Feed and Map Pins
Update #149 also expands the Codex into a screenshot-sharing space. Players can browse a personalized For You Feed, share screenshots through `Ctrl+Shift+F` or chat links, and attach photos to map locations.
Social features include screenshot voting, live like counts, optional like notifications, cropping, deletion, and original-resolution viewing. Popular Feed photos can also appear on the Welcome screen.
Bonko’s Carnival Adds Tickets and New Rewards
The event side of Update #149 introduces Bonko’s Carnival. Level 90 players can enter through the mystical mirror in Ghoulish Graveyard and begin collecting Carnival Tickets from enemies.

Carnival Tickets lead into Golden Tickets, which can be exchanged through Wacko the Clown for Prize Tickets up to five times per day. Those Prize Tickets are then spent at Jackpot Jingles’s prize shop.

Honko also offers a carnival-themed quest chain with Bonko’s Bonker as its final reward. The area adds six mobs, two bosses, the Clownin’ Around debuff, outfits, drops, crafting, and additional NPC functionality.
Gemster’s rotation now includes the Skele Girl Box for 100 Gems and the Lion Head for 40 Gems.

Fantasy Online 2 Remains a Cross-Platform Persistent MMO
Fantasy Online 2 uses the same account, characters, world, and progression across Steam, browser, and Android on supported platforms.
Steam remains a paid Early Access release while Android is free to download with optional purchases. Update #149 shows development moving beyond new zones and items toward systems that make the world itself feel more persistent, particularly housing, screenshots, and player identity.
Why This Matters
1) Homes retain their identity through ownership changes
Keeping decorations attached to a property gives housing greater continuity instead of treating decoration data as something tied only to the previous owner.
2) Codex is becoming a social layer
Photos, map pins, voting, likes, and the Feed make player discoveries easier to surface inside the game.
3) System work arrives alongside a seasonal event
Update #149 combines Bonko’s Carnival with substantial work on housing, screenshots, Steam, mobile, and custom skins.

Update #149 gives Fantasy Online 2 two kinds of progress at once: Bonko’s Carnival as immediately playable seasonal content and system changes that make housing and screenshot sharing more persistent.
For housing players, the most significant change is also one of the simplest: when a deed changes hands, saved decorations now remain part of that property.
