Magic Repo Man Premieres October 3, Main Visual Introduces Rinka and the New Party

The TV anime Magic Repo Man: Dumped by My Party, I'll Cash In With a Cute Support Fairy to Become the Strongest!, based on Kashita Maryoku wa [Ribo-barai] de Kyōsei Chōshū, now has a firm October 3, 2026 premiere date on TV Asahi's NUMAnimation block.

The Main Visual Marks the Beginning of a New Party

The latest artwork moves beyond imagery centered purely on Rento's betrayal by his former companions.

It presents Rento and Rinka after both have been expelled from their respective parties, now walking forward with new allies.

The visual therefore gives the anime's post-betrayal journey more prominence, showing that Rento's story will eventually expand beyond collecting magic from the people who cast him aside.

Risae Matsuda Joins as Rinka

Risae Matsuda voices Rinka, an adventurer who possesses the unique Gift 《阿修羅道》.

Rinka is naturally kind-hearted, but the nature of that Gift leads her toward life as an adventurer. Her former party eventually treats her as a disposable pawn and leaves her in a hopeless situation.

Rento saves her, and the pair subsequently form a party together. Matsuda highlighted the tension between Rinka's gentle personality and the Gift she carries when discussing her performance.

October 3 Broadcast With Exclusive Japanese Streaming

The anime begins on October 3, 2026 across TV Asahi's 24-station national network as part of NUMAnimation, airing Saturdays at 1:30 AM JST.

BS Asahi follows on October 4, AT-X on October 5, and CS TV Asahi Channel 1 also carries the series.

A Support Skill Turns Into a Magic Collection System

Rento originally belongs to the party Dankū no Tsurugi, using 《魔蔵庫》 to lend his own magic power to his companions.

His comparatively slow personal growth eventually causes the group to label him a burden and throw him out.

The anger triggered by that betrayal evolves his Gift. Guided by the support fairy Empee, Rento gains 【強制徴収】, an ability that lets him forcibly recover the enormous amount of magic he previously lent out.

The “revolving payment” idea then becomes the basis of the series' magic collection and management system, distinguishing it from a more conventional party-expulsion fantasy.

Alongside her increased prominence in the anime promotion, Rinka is getting a figure from Kotobukiya.

Its concept depicts her stretching after finishing a day of adventuring. A prototype is scheduled to go on display at Kotobukiya Akihabara beginning August 26.

The figure's scale, price, preorder schedule, and release date remain unannounced.

Meanwhile, the original manga will release Volume 6 on September 15, 2026, only a few weeks before the anime premiere.
